PTFE coating

PTFE has a number of unique characteristics:

• Non-stick
• Very low friction coefficient
• It is resistant against many chemicals
• Low and high temperatures are no problem

Parts often have a PTFE coating.Due to the above qualities, a solution is achieved for many issues. FluorTech has a wide variety of coatings on the basis of PTFE, PFA, FEP or combinations thereof in its product range.

We also apply PTFE coatings on new and parts that already had PTFE coated parts.

We can rejuvenate your PTFE coated seal bars and seal cutters at relatively low costs, simply by removing the old coating, repairing any damage and then adding a new PTFE coating layer.
